Each question you ask AskSello AI (and its answer) counts as one AI Conversation. Long back-and-forth threads may consume slightly more, but a typical Q&A is one Conversation.
How does the Free plan work?
The Free plan gives your whole team 30 days of full AskSello access — knowledge base, AI answers, invites, Quick Answers. After 30 days your workspace becomes read-only until you upgrade; your data stays intact.
What happens if I don't upgrade after Free?
Your workspace switches to read-only: you can still sign in and view documents and chat history, but AI answers, uploads, and new invites pause. If you upgrade later, everything resumes exactly where you left off.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your workspace settings. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
How does annual billing work?
Choose annual at checkout and pay for 10 months up front — you get 2 months free compared to paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual any time.
